This year I started treating AI as a collaborator to build systems and move projects forward. In this article, I revisit the projects, flows, and systems I built with ChatGPT, and share how it has changed me and my work.

With AI drastically lowering the barrier to building sites, personal websites are no longer just for developers. I built mine with Gemini 3 Pro and GPT-5.1 via vibe coding for three reasons: who really owns my data, is it possible to build a knowledge archive, and whether I can avoid being constrained by platform formats.

I built Toolipie to solve my own script chaos — a local-first Swiss-army knife that organizes the tiny tools I use every day. It turns one-off snippets into reusable plugins, avoids ad-filled online tools, and keeps everything consistent and private. The CLI/TUI is open-source, and the long-term vision includes optional AI-generated tools and MCP integration.

In three weeks, I used AI as a pair-programmer to build real products—from websites to a TUI toolbox—by letting AI handle scaffolding while I focused on architecture, debugging, and design.
